The microphone is used only in the measurement tab, and nothing is recorded or
transmitted. The app is free; some extras open after watching an ad, but every core feature is
fully available without ever watching one.
The hearing test is a self-check for fun, not a medical diagnosis, and results vary with your
device, headphones, and ambient noise. Water eject helps push water off the surface and out of
the speaker port, but it does not repair an already water-damaged device. Prolonged exposure to
loud sound can damage your hearing, so keep the volume moderate.
