Why airport parking is so confusing
- Several lots — larger airports split short-term, long-term and economy parking, and multi-terminal airports often have separate lots per terminal.
- Shuttles — economy and long-term lots are often a shuttle ride away. Knowing which stop to get off at is the first hurdle.
- Time — after a week away, the level number is the first thing to go.
Five notes before you fly
| Item | Example | How to record |
|---|---|---|
| Lot name | Economy Lot B, Garage 2 | Photo of the entrance sign |
| Terminal | Terminal 1 / Terminal 2 | Memo (check it matches your return flight) |
| Level and row | Level 3, Row D-22 | Pillar photo plus floor and zone fields |
| Shuttle stop | Stop 3 | Photo of the stop sign |
| Entry time | Departure day, 6:40 am | To check the parking charge |
Your return flight may land at a different terminal than the one you left from. Copy the arrival terminal from your booking into the memo so you know which shuttle to take.

The day you return
- In arrivals, open your note and check the lot name and shuttle stop.
- When you get off the shuttle, match the stop to your photo.
- Use the level and row photo to find the spot, and check the charge at the pay station before you exit.
Recording it in the app

Pillar photo plus level and row
As soon as you park, take a photo of the pillar in Parking Spot Memo and fill in Floor and Zone / Number.
Lot, terminal and shuttle stop in Memo
Each record holds one photo. Attach the pillar photo and type the lot name, terminal and shuttle stop in Memo. The entry time is saved automatically as Parked at.

Check it after you land
Tap the record in Records to see the photo and memo on one screen. Once you have the car, Delete this record removes it along with its photo.
The photos in the screenshots are placeholder images used to show the app’s screens.
FAQ
Could the record disappear while I am away?
Records stay on the phone unless you uninstall the app or use Delete all data. There is no backup, so a lost or replaced phone means a lost record.
Does the app calculate the parking fee?
No. It only records the entry time. Check the airport’s official rates or the pay station.
