Quitlines, stop smoking services
and an app: how they fit together

Some people quit with an app alone, but the MSD Manual notes that counseling and support double the chance of quitting for good. An app works best not as a replacement for support but as the log you keep between sessions.

1

Log daily, show it at sessions

The History tab in Quit Smoking Tracker keeps each day’s status and craving count. Showing the calendar answers “how was last week?” precisely.

2

Put your homework in the memo

Write the task your adviser gave you (for example, what to do instead of the first morning cigarette) in that day’s memo and check it before the next session.

Your data stays on your phone

No account is needed and records stay on the device. Changing phones? Use “Backup / Restore” in Settings.

The app’s screenshots show sample amounts in Korean won (4,500 per pack is the app default), and the Settings sheet title is shown in Korean in the current English version. Enter your own local pack price; the calculation works the same in any currency.
