Why the familiar garage is harder
Same place, same time, same routine: the days stop being distinct. Today’s and yesterday’s spots merge into “somewhere on a lower level”, and when you try to recall today, yesterday’s spot often comes up first.
Habits instead of memory
| Method | Upside | Downside |
|---|---|---|
| Always park on the same level and zone | Nothing to remember | No spot left if you arrive late |
| Say the pillar code out loud | Needs no tools | Gone by the evening |
| One photo | Accurate | Parking photos pile up in your camera roll |
| A parking log app | Newest record on top | Needs the habit of logging |
If your household shares a car, agree that whoever parks last logs it.
A one-line daily log

Just floor and zone
For a garage you know, you can skip the photo. Parking Spot Memo saves with only a floor or a zone.

Top of the list is today
Records are sorted by Parked at, newest first. Read the top line, such as “B2 · 12-2”, and its date.
Clearing old records

Delete old entries
Tap a record to open it and use Delete this record. Or clear everything once a month with Delete all data in Settings. Deleting all cannot be undone.
The photos in the screenshots are placeholder images used to show the app’s screens.
FAQ
Can I just edit yesterday’s record for today?
You can change the floor, zone and photo, but Parked at keeps the original time, so the order will be off. Adding a new record works better.
Can my partner see my records?
Records live only on each phone. There is no sync or sharing.
