Late every Monday?
Look at the pattern, not the reason

Collect your late reasons and the weekdays usually overlap. If Mondays dominate, the problem isn’t Monday morning, it’s Sunday night.

Finding the pattern

A month or two of records is enough. Count late arrivals and early departures by weekday. If one day accounts for half, it isn’t chance.

Excuse Maker is an app made for fun. For real attendance messages, telling the truth is always the safest option. Adapt the example messages here to what actually happened.

Looking by month

Check whether lateness clusters in winter, rainy season or deadline months. A seasonal cause can be fixed by changing your route just for that period.
