The formulas
- Days lived = today − date of birth (your birth day is day 0)
- Weeks lived = days lived ÷ 7, rounded down
- Current week of life = weeks lived + 1
If you count the day you were born as day 1, add one. Just pick a convention and stick to it.

Finding milestone dates
10,000 days arrives at about 27 years and 4 months; 20,000 days at about 54 years and 9 months. In weeks, 1,000 weeks is about 19 and 2,000 weeks about 38. Unlike birthdays, these dates are different for everyone, which makes them fun to mark.
