Numbers to look at instead
A streak resets after one gap. Total stamps, stamps this month and finished boards stay. If you stamped 20 days this month, a 3-day streak still means the habit is settling in.
When filling a missed day is fine
| Situation | Fill it? |
|---|---|
| Did it yesterday, forgot to log it | Yes — it really happened |
| Missed yesterday, did it twice today | Log today only — don’t fill to save the streak |
| Can’t remember last week | Leave it — a fuzzy record isn’t a record |
One rule: did you actually do it that day? Once you fill days to protect a streak, the board starts lying to you.
Getting back on track
- Never miss twice in a row — a day off is fine; the next day, do even a tiny version.
- Halve the goal the day after — 5 squats instead of 10 to get back on the board.
- Note why it broke — the same reason twice means changing the goal or the time.

The numbers on Records
The Records tab in My Praise Stamp Board shows total stamps, boards done, current streak, longest streak, and stamps this month and week. The streak counts consecutive days with at least one stamp on any goal.

Fill a missed day
The calendar button on a board stamps a past date within the last 60 days. It uses a fill ticket; one short ad gives 3 tickets. Filled days keep your streak going.
Streak warning
Turn on Warn me before a streak breaks in Settings and you get one extra reminder at your chosen time, only if you haven’t stamped yet that day.
FAQ
Is the streak per goal?
No. Any stamp on any goal that day keeps it going.
I took over a week off and started again.
There’s a "Comeback" achievement for exactly that.
