How to run it (15 to 20 minutes)
- One host creates and saves everyone’s constellation on one phone.
- Everyone introduces their constellation by name (for example, “The Wandering Dragon”).
- Sit together by element.
- Match random pairs and let each pair react to their result line.
Teams by element
Every constellation in the app carries one of four elements: Fire, Earth, Air or Water. The app’s affinities are below (a playful rule set).

If the numbers are uneven, merge the “feed each other” pairs into two teams.
Ground rules
- Say up front that a nickname or any date is fine instead of a real birthday; some people would rather not reveal their age.
- Don’t single out two people for a “couple match.”
- Don’t tease anyone about a low score. It is all for fun.
- Remove other people’s constellations from the Collection afterwards.
Running it in the app
Save everyone to the Collection
In My Constellation, enter each person’s name and date on the first tab and tap Save to collection. The Collection tab gathers everyone in one night sky, and the list view shows each rarity grade and top percentage.
Analyse the group with the Star Report
At the bottom of the fourth tab, the Star Report shows the elements, rarity grades and most common traits across your saved constellations. “This group is mostly Water” is an easy conversation starter.
Rotate pairs on the Match tab
Enter two people on the Match tab and read out the level and message. Swapping the order gives the same result, so nobody argues about who goes first.
FAQ
Are the names sent to a server?
No. Everything is calculated on the phone, and names and birthdays are never sent anywhere.
Will it work at a venue with no internet?
Yes. The app works fully offline.
